Victoria’s Basement Outlet Centre in Sydney

5 March 2014

Last week I learnt how to make quiche from The Husband’s aunt. Apparently, to make a good quiche I have to use a glass baking dish.

I thought I had round glass baking dish somewhere at home but apparently I don’t have any.

So, I went to check out Victoria’s Basement outlet in Alexandria. The nearest one from our home is actually the one in QVB but parking there is so expensive and I don’t want to walk carrying heavy purchases.

The shop was amazing for people who loves cooking. I intended to get only one item and ended with several items that I didn’t think I need before I saw them.

The shop assistants are so nice, helpful & knowledgable of the products.

Parking was free and when I went there, there were plenty of parking space.

These are photos of some of the items I saw there:

I think it’s worth the trip for food making lovers.

I made eggplants, leek, smoke salmon, basil leaves and tomatoes quiche with my new purchase.
