I love my new home in Sydney. It makes us feel like we’re on holiday every single day. The apartment building is called The Wharf and it’s located at the Finger Wharf in Woolloomoolloo suburb in Sydney.
This is the building:
The downside is our place is so small because we can only afford the small apartment in this building. I didn’t have enough storage space for my clothes so I had to make the cull of some of them. Anything with “I don’t really love this” and I had to ask “when I wore this last time” must go. Most of them are in a very good condition so it’s too good to go to the bin and better off to donate them.
In Canberra, I love going to the drive in and out donation box drop off point at Salvos in Fyshwick. They open 5 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM.
I was searching for the same thing in Sydney and I found one at 7 Bellevue street in Tempe. It’s about 20 minutes drive from Woolloomooloo. It’s very near with Ikea Tempe.
After dropping off my donation, I went to check the Salvos store there. It was huge!! I thought the one in Fyshwick was big but this one seems bigger.
You can find anything that you can think of in this place.
These are some of them:
This place is great if you want to find vintage stuff or if you need to dress up for a one off themed party.
I like dropping off donation items here because they have staff to deal with your donations straight away rather than put it in a donation bin.
